I took a couple of ribbon embroidery and doll making classes here. The people were extremely nice and helpful. I liked the geniality of the class lunch they served us. It was a nice break in the day long class. Also, I had a long drive to get here. No one bothers you while shopping after they offer help. Good memory.

This was fun and inspiring! I can see why you enjoy it so much. I have sev Fab Cafe books, but never bot a kit. The 3 yd quilt (for me) is too small. I like 2.5 " binding. I saw FC may come out wf 5yd quilts. I need to get out old Disney panels I have in graphic colors and get borders on. The 4 men quartet and quilt were Awesome! The colors, lights, music thru out, (esp the bongo drums) was fantastic! "Angela Walters rock n roll tee shirt quilt" has a great tute & free pattern. Another great show!

I agree would be good to see which pattern is witch as a beginner I find the instructions very hard thaTs why I'm going to a class as I can't get my head around the instructions

This is how I like to sew with beautiful bold colors and I like mixing it up….this is beautiful! I was looking for the ombré rainbow fabric and I can’t find it, do you mind sharing where you found yours?

Thank you for your video. I wouldn't have known about the store closing. I called the store today. I will be going this week. I am sad to see it close. I have shopped at Candy's for several years. They had wonderful material such ads Star Trek. My husband's mom made him two great shirts from the material. I made pillowcase s out of several prints and teaching bags. I loved the coastal prints, the Kaffe fabric and quilt patterns from this store. I am happy I get one more chance to purchase fabric from them. I purchased my Baby lock sewing machine for quilts down the street from the store in 2019. We definitely miss Candy and will miss the staff who helped her with the store. Thank you again for your videos.
